Statistical integration of multi-omics data in
microbiome research will provide a holistic
understanding of comprising microbial ecosystems.
This data comes with methodological challenges,
for example, dimensionality, compositionality, zero-
inflatedness, heterogeneity and so on.We organize
eight workgroups to discuss a wide variety of
methodological challenges in microbiome multi-
omics data.
If you are interested in joining the workgroup series, please apply via the
QR code or this link : https://survey.uu.nl/jfe/form/SV_0lDaS1d0EymbtwW
The days are led by different researchers from different perspectives:
biostatistics, epidemiology, mathematics and microbiology. We aim for critical
discussions with peers across institutes and with speakers from abroad. The goal
is to write a white paper based on the workgroup series.
When?
9:30-16:30
Lunch and coffee is included, and there is the possibility to request a
